In August 2008, I realized I had an incredible opportunity to return to my true
passion — sitting down with clients at their kitchen table to create a plan to help
them buy a new home, or look at ways they could refinance an existing mortgage to
help them put more money in their pocket.
After carefully evaluating lenders in the Twin Cities, I knew that Residential Mortgage

Brian Parkinson has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry,
13 of which were spent successfully managing multiple Wachovia mortgage (formally
World Savings & Loan) offices throughout the Midwest. He also has a B.A. degree
from the University of Iowa.
Cari Lapinski has more than 20 years of experience coordinating loans, 14
of which are with RMG. Her knowledgeable, proactive approach to each transaction
keeps your loan moving ahead of schedule, making her a tremendous asset to my team.
